Remote Assistance with Zoom or Chrome Remote Desktop
We can connect to your computer to remotely help you using Zoom or Chrome Remote Desktop.
Chrome Remote Desktop installation instructions: Windows | Mac
Follow these steps to receive remote assistance:
- Call our Helpdesk at (949) 824-5476
- When directed by us, connect to our Zoom meeting or navigate to https://remotedesktop.google.com/support with the Chrome browser.
- If using Chrome Remote Desktop:
- Click "Generate Code" and tell us the 12-digit access code over the phone.
